Original red cloth, titles to front board and spine in cream, illustrated label to front board. Spine and edges of boards slightly faded, faint staining to fore edge of front board, tanning to free endpapers, occasional light foxing to contents. An excellent copy. 8 plates with double-sided black and white illustrations, marginal line-drawn illustrations in red throughout. First edition, first impression.
Rolex.
The iconic Rolex Submariner. With its distinctive dial with large luminescent hour markers fashioned from 18ct gold, graduated rotatable Cerachrom bezel and solid link Oyster bracelet. This Rolex Submariner was made in 1985 and is in unworn condition, this comes with the rarer inset date window and its full original case and booklet. Escadrille SPA 94 Squadron.
This is very rare and possibly the best-looking piece I have, the grim reaper badge is solid silver (stamped Paris 925) and would have belonged to one of the pilots of Escadrille SPA 94 in the first world war, also known as The Flying Death. The squadron was made from American and French volunteers of which one of the most famous American aces of the war Gervais Raoul Victor Lufbery was a member of this squadron. As a piece of first world war history this is superb and exceptionally rare.
Rare Victorian card and stamp case.
A wonderful example of Victorian bespoke stile and extremely high quality maid in Birmingham in 1900 by renowned silver smith Samuel M Levi.
This is the most stunning piece of silver I have and very rare. By Edward & John Barnard of London in 1855, the engraving is thought to be by Elizabeth Buteux or maybe her daughter. Also thought to be one of a pear, so if you have the other you could buy this and triple the value.
Rare Conjoined busts coin especially to get in anything but a corroded condition, this has pits and is worn on the reverse but you can see the busts clearly and can still make out the date.
