Bisquit 1922 Grande Fine Cognac.
I had to fight unbelievably hard to get hold of this, it is almost unique to see a cognac of this age and quality come onto the market, but here it is. If you are buying for investment, then look no further.This area is the second fastest appreciating investment just behind vintage cars, but unlike cars these become rarer because as time goes by they get enjoyed.
I have seen single bottles of exceptionally rare vintages go for over 100k!!!, if you can wait until this is the very last you could be the one making the price. Sadly, I have to pay the bills, and so you lucky people get to buy this guaranteed money maker, or if you are crazy you could drink it.

Otard, also known as Chateau de Cognac, is a French cognac house founded in 1795 by Jean-Baptiste Antoine Otard. The company has remained in the hands of the same family since its establishment. The firm is based in the Château des Valois, Cognac, Charente, its home since 1796.
Macallan 10-year-old 1960s.
This is the ever rarer Macallan 10-year-old from the 1960s this is becoming the greatest investment in (off the shelf) Scottish whisky history, it has grown in value at an astonishing rate year after year as bottles are enjoyed. There lies the problem because its fantastic, it has taken all my power not to drink this myself, if you buy this as an investment you may have to sit on your hands.

Blair Athol 8-year-old 1970s.
A 1970s bottling of 8-year-old Blair Athol single malt, the spiritual home of Bell’s and a key component of that blend. Fantastic all rounder drink or invest.
Balvenie funders reserve 1980s.
This is a rare bottling of the keystone Balvenie that is there founders reserve, it states on the label probably the finest highland malt Scottish whisky I think they can lose the probably.
Balvenie 8-year-old 1970s.
I love Balvenie, they make some truly great bottles of whisky and some of them were bottled in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Sadly, that means the only way you can enjoy them is to get hold of one, which is becoming increasingly difficult to do as there are fewer every year. A 1970s bottle of Balvenie therefore is a special thing, wonderful complex flavour and a decent amount of fire.

The 30-year-old is a superb blend from Ballantines. rich full flavours that linger on the pallet mean those thirty years have been very well spent.It is very hard to find older bottles as they generally have been bought for a special occasion and drunk, so I expect this wont last long.

Aultmore 12-year-old 1980s
Quite a rare one as the Aultmore distillery stopped production for a period of time meaning the bottles from this period dwindled very rapidly making these bottles very hard to find. Here is one just for you.
Jack Daniels 1970s.
Its very rare to see any Jack Daniels older than ten years in the bottle, try and find one from the 70s and its almost impossible. But I have one and this rare survivor could be yours.Jack Daniel’s is a brand of Tennessee whiskey and the top selling American whiskey in the world. It is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, by the Jack Daniel Distillery, which has been owned by the Brown-Forman Corporation since 1956. Despite being the location of a major operational distillery, Jack Daniel’s home county of Moore is a dry county, so the product is not available for purchase at stores or restaurants within the county.
The product meets the regulatory criteria for classification as a straight bourbon, though the company disavows this classification and markets it simply as Tennessee whiskey rather than as Tennessee bourbon. The Jack Daniel’s founder, Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel, was born in 1850.

Jim Beam 1970s
Even rarer than its main rival (J.D) to find from the 70s, this is almost impossible to get hold of at this age, especially in the UK.
Jim Beam is a brand of bourbon whiskey produced in Clermont, Kentucky. It is one of the best-selling brands of bourbon in the world. Since 1795 (interrupted by Prohibition), seven generations of the Beam family have been involved in whiskey production for the company that produces the brand, which was given the name “Jim Beam” in 1933 in honour of James B. Beam, who rebuilt the business after Prohibition ended.
During the late 18th century, members of the Bhm family, who eventually changed the spelling of their surname to “Beam”, emigrated from Germany and settled in Kentucky.

Cream of Kentucky 1960s.
Cream of Kentucky was one of the Big Four before falling on hard times and being bought out, this is one of those Very Rear bottles from the 60s that has only survived by being brought over to the UK and then forgotten about for 50 years.
Early Times 1970s.
Early Times is a brand of Kentucky whiskey that is extremely rare to get of this age, its rich clean taste comes from the water that is naturally filtered through limestone springs. Early Times was not popular until 1920 when Congress passed the Volstead Act and Prohibition began. The brand prospered due to its maker having a license to continue production.
Four Roses 1970s
Four Roses is a Kentucky straight bourbon whisky brand currently owned by the Kirin Brewery Company of Japan. Effective September 1, 2015, Brent Elliott is the master distiller of Four Roses. The company says the brand name was trademarked in 1888 by Jones, who claimed it had been produced and sold as early as the 1860s. Four Roses distils ten separate bourbons using two mash recipes and five yeast strains. From combining these ten bourbons the Four Roses distillery creates the standard “yellow label” expression. Single Barrel is made with only one of those ten bourbons. The others are made with combinations of two or more of the ten.
W. Harper 1970s.
Isaac Wolfe Bernheim (1848 to 1945) was an American businessman notable for starting the I. W. Harper brand of premium bourbon whiskey. The success of his distillery and distribution business helped to consolidate the Louisville area as a major centre of Kentucky bourbon distilling. Bernheim was also a philanthropist, establishing the 14,000-acre Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest in Bullitt County.
The company began the production of an elite whiskey brand it called “I. W. Harper”. (The “I. W.” in the name may have been an abbreviation for “Isaac Wolfe”, with a different surname chosen for marketability.) During the Prohibition era in the U.S. [1920 to1933], Bernheim Brothers was one of only ten distilleries allowed to continue to make bourbon, as they had received a license to produce it for medicinal purposes.
