Stephen Barclay first came to prominence in the 1980’s as one of the internationally acclaimed “New Glasgow Boys”. His paintings have been exhibited worldwide and are held in major public collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Deutsche Bank and the Gallery of Modern Art in Australia. It may not be to everyone’s taste but his skill as a contemporary artist shines through and if you are a fan then you cannot do much better than this, it is a well-proportioned size nice and is bright, it makes a great talking point for any house.
